1. Products, Prices, and Orders

• Currency: Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• Product information: We work to keep descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate, but minor differences may occur.
• Order acceptance: An order may be declined or cancelled because of stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or information that cannot be verified.
• Price changes: Prices and promotions may change before an order is submitted. The price shown at checkout is the price used for that order.

2. Payment and Checkout

Payments are processed through available third-party providers, including PayPal and Stripe. These providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies. We do not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV codes, or PayPal passwords on our servers. An order is considered submitted only after payment authorization is confirmed.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates, processing times, tracking information, and shipping charges are explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may be affected by carriers, suppliers, weather, holidays, or incorrect address information.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, damaged or incorrect items, refund timing, and applicable conditions are described in our Returns & Refunds policy. If you need to cancel an order, contact support as soon as possible; cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or dispatch has started.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, use payment methods without authorization, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

6. Website Availability and Liability

We try to keep product information and website functions available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all content will always be error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 44Rep Global Store is not responsible for indirect losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
